REFUND POLICY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

At ExploraWay, we are committed to providing safe, organized, and high-quality experiences in every city tour we offer. By making a reservation with us, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations and Payments

All city tour reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking confirmation. The payment is processed as a single charge covering the total value of the selected package.

Once the payment has been confirmed, the customer may take the city tour within a period starting from 48 hours up to a maximum of 30 calendar days, subject to availability and scheduling.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our tourism services and the advance planning required, confirmed reservations are generally considered non-refundable. However, in certain cases and after evaluation, ExploraWay may approve exceptional cancellation requests.

If a cancellation is approved by our team, the corresponding refund will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours using the same payment method originally used by the customer.

Changes and Rescheduling

Customers may request changes or rescheduling of their city tour at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

ExploraWay will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative date or available option, subject to operational availability.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, as well as failure to attend the tour (no-show), will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

If you notice any error related to your payment, charge, or booking information, please contact us immediately so we can provide a solution as soon as possible.
